SHIPPING
Shipping is free in Italy.
Delivery times in Italy are 1-3 business days from order confirmation, with an additional day for the south and islands.
For orders shipped to other countries, delivery times range from 5 to 7 business days.
During Black Friday week or special promotional periods, deliveries may experience delays.
Where can I receive my order?
You can receive your order at the address you provided (not a P.O. box).
Can the delivery country be different from the country of purchase?
The delivery country must always match the country of purchase.
Are customs duties applicable?
It depends; the payment of any customs duties varies depending on the destination country and is the responsibility of the buyer.
EXCHANGES
Any purchased product can be exchanged within 14 days of the actual delivery date.
The exchange process is as follows:
- Contact Customer Service (info@spernanzoni.com or call +39 0733 865149) and inform them of which item you'd like to receive as a replacement.
- If the requested item is available, Customer Service will reserve it for you.
- To send the item back, place the product you wish to exchange in the same box it was shipped in.
- Notify Customer Service once the package is ready; our Customer Service will inform the courier for the pickup.
Please note, exchanges can only be processed if the requested replacement item is available in our warehouse and if:
- The returned product is intact,
- Includes any accessories and tags,
- Has not been used,
- Is in its original packaging.
Spernanzoni reserves the right to refuse exchange requests made after the 14-day period or for products that are not in the same condition as when they were received; in this case, no refund will be issued for the initially purchased product.
Do I have to pay for the exchange of a product?
It depends on the country from which the exchange request originates:
EU countries
The shipping costs for the first exchange (both sending and receiving the product) are covered by us, so the customer does not incur any expense.
For subsequent exchanges, the shipping costs (receiving and sending goods) are the customer’s responsibility.
Non-EU countries
All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS
Returns are at the customer’s expense and must be made within 14 days.
The product must be unused and undamaged.
We reserve the right to decline a return request if it is made after the 14-day period or if the product does not meet the return conditions.
How can I return an item?
To return an item, fill out the return form included in your package and place it inside the original box. Then, ship the package to the following address:

How and when will I receive the refund?
Once the return is approved, you will receive the refund via bank transfer to your account. You must then provide your banking details, including IBAN and Swift, via email.
We will send you an email notifying you of the refund, which will be credited to your account.
The refund processing time depends on your bank.
What should I do if the refunded amount is incorrect?
Simply contact our customer service, and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
