Leather
In every handmade product, quality materials are used, among which the most important is undoubtedly the leather used to make the upper.A quality leather must have a heart without imperfections, with very small pores. The master shoemaker must not only know how to select the best leather, but must also be skilled in cutting it in the most suitable place and direction, based on the type of product to be made. This allows the shoe to maintain the same characteristics of softness, resistance and shine even after years.Among the materials used in the Vittorio Spernanzoni collection there are many open-grain calfskin, not finished in a tannery. This factor decisively differentiates a handmade product from any other artisanally made. Each handmade shoe is in fact personalized and colored only with dyes and polishes, applied directly on the individual product. The shades obtained will therefore be unique and never reproducible in an identical manner.
